The "Spray-Tech One P" robot allows the painting of two interior doors on both sides at a time thanks to its "door-tilting"  device.   

The door dimensions are automatically "read" by a light-measurement barrier with photoelectric cells which sends the technical data  to a controller. 

The painting parameters can be adjusted according to the operator's requirements:

• door surface spraying speed
• edge spraying speed
• opening of the gun spray fan
• separate number of coats on the surface and edges 
• edge spraying cut off
• cross coat application
• interpolation 
• recallable customized painting programs  

When the rotation device is switched off, this robot can be used to paint panels and profiles. 

This model can be provided with a powered trolley which loads and unloads doors. The trolley is basically an electrical forklift operated by an unskilled worker who adjusts its heights during load and unload operations and easily moves it from the robot to the stacking racks commonly used in drying rooms.
