This paint system has a two-level vertical structure that makes use of the headroom available in the production plant and workstations are on the ground under the insulated and pressurized drying room.
Workpieces are placed on horizontal supports called "swing trays" and travel above, in the upper part of the plant to go down to the workstations or stay inside to complete the drying process.
The tray dimensions vary according to the type of workpieces and the number of workstations to the painting process requirements.
The system can include an automatic painting arm and it is also suitable for glue spraying.
